• Generate and deliver your requested reports
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send you report delivery notifications
• Provide customer support

3. Data Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Uploaded files are stored temporarily and deleted after processing.

4. Data Retention

Temporary uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour if not associated with an order. Generated reports are retained to enable delivery and re-delivery if needed.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe - Payment processing
• AWS - Cloud infrastructure and storage
• AI Models - Report generation
